We are looking for a Lead Systems Engineer to develop product specifications and test protocols in a team of medical technology professionals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team of system engineers providing system engineering capabilities to the Wearable Monitoring Solutions product development team. You will be responsible for the system engineering development of a design team. With the support of other system engineers, you will be expected to:

  • Work with clinicians to define use cases and translate use cases to technical requirement specifications

  • Work with the design team and design control process from requirements development and design planning to design transfer

  • Development of user requirements and system requirements

  • Develop tests for software and hardware prototypes & systems

  • Ensure compliance to medical regulatory standards during test development, execution and reporting.

  • Manage interface between components that are implemented in different teams.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • Experience in test automation

  • Experience with requirement management and defect reporting

  • Experience in measurement technology and testing

  • Good communication skills

  • Proficiency in writing technical English

  • Fluency in English

  • EU work permit

Desired Skills

  • Master’s degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • Knowledge of Robot Framework

  • Experience in specification writing in the medical industry

  • Experience in applying DevOps and test automation in the medical industry

  • Experience with requirements traceability management systems is an advantage.

  • Work experience with cross cultural teams
