Tasks:
- Completion of administrative tasks.
- Addressing inquiries from candidates, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with them.
- Addressing inquiries from clients, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with them.
- Conducting interviews, screenings, and reference checks for potential candidates.
- Coordinating with clients to obtain job briefings.
- Creating job ads and responding to applications.
- Providing ongoing training opportunities in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Scheduling inductions/training sessions as necessary.
Requirements:
- Must possess knowledge of or be able to speak Spanish.
- Confident phone communication skills.
- Professional appearance and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to establish rapport and cultivate professional relationships.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude, as well as a confident and professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team with meticulous attention to detail.
- Resilience and determination to foster long-term relationships with exceptional customer service.

Salary: $24.85-$31.43 per hour
