Tasks:

  • Completion of administrative tasks.
  • Addressing inquiries from candidates, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with them.
  • Addressing inquiries from clients, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with them.
  • Conducting interviews, screenings, and reference checks for potential candidates.
  • Coordinating with clients to obtain job briefings.
  • Creating job ads and responding to applications.
  • Providing ongoing training opportunities in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
  • Scheduling inductions/training sessions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Must possess knowledge of or be able to speak Spanish.
  • Confident phone communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to establish rapport and cultivate professional relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and helpful attitude, as well as a confident and professional phone demeanor.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Resilience and determination to foster long-term relationships with exceptional customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $24.85-$31.43 per hour
