Aufgaben

Objective of job
  • Coordinate with internal & external parties, to ensure the sound and sufficient communication between BMBS and dealer by well organize and prepare dealer relevant events;

  • Manage and steer agency to ensure high quality in handling events design and delivery;
  • Support monitor project status and manage F&C operation to ensure qualified implementation;

Task description
Main tasks

1. Event planning and implementation
  • agency pitch, overall timeline management; documentation and reporting
  • agency communication to ensure event objectives
2. Internal process management
  • Internal process application and working with Purchaing, controlling, Fianance & Complaince department, ensure following company regulation and process;
  • Complete contract process;
  • Complete payment process;
3. Communication with External Dealers
  • External logistic management
  • IT related system management, ie.wechat, MB dealer event website
4. Communication with headquarter
  • communication and liaison with Headquarter in Germany for hospitality arrangement
  • coordinate for payment process and documents requested

Qualifikationen

Qualification
Skills –general skills, personality traits, functionality skill:
  • Fluent (spoken/written) English
  • Very good MS office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); good analyzing and structuring skills as well as presentation skills
  • Independent budgeting
  • Ability to manage complex data
  • A detailed minded, responsible & reliable personality
  • Good knowledge about the event management and logistics arrangement;
Experience and education:
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 3 years working experience in event management, preferrable automobile industry.
  • Specialized in organizing conference and workshop
