Your role
Corrective Services NSW requires an Assistant Centre Administration Officer to join the team at Dillwynia Correctional Centre. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to a Correctional Centre, and your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Customer Service
Electronic filing and Archiving
Arrange daily courier services and mail pick-up/delivery
General data entry
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
All miscellaneous tasks on behalf of your manager and team

Excellent customer service skills
There is an element of manual handling when backfilling the store role, therefore you will need to have a forklift licence or willingness to obtain a forklift licence

It serves a key function of the NSW Communities and Justice Sector by providing effective, safe and humane management of offenders both in custody and in the community CSNSW also works in partnership with other government and community agencies to ensure that offenders and their families are supported.
