Service Sales Specialist

As a Service Sales Specialist for Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, Tianjin, China, you will be responsible for maintaining ABB Install base and build good relationship with customer in responsible area.
This position reports to
Service Sales Manager
Your responsibilities
- Keeping continuous margin improvement basing on IB management, customer relationship and
- service solutions
- Being in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager implementing Service
- sales strategy, and feedback in related systems/tools.
- Contributing to risk assessments related to price and quality. Registering required information
- into the appropriate customer database
- Ensuring technical reliability, safety and cost-effective solutions to satisfy customer’s needs. Complying with health, safety and integrity directives
- Acting as a marketer/representative of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing
- activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings)
- Translating the needs of customer into relevant ABB Service & Digital offerings and solutions
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in science and technology, preferable with OGC (Oil & Gas, Chemical) industry or foreign company background
- More than 3 years Automation or Service sales experience in industry
- Know automation, electrical technology well, preferable with electric products knowhow, like
- converter/drives, motors or switchgears
- Accepting continuous travel and urgent response style
- Good market and industrial insight for business penetration & exploitation
- Collaborative, result-oriented approach and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English both in Written and Oral
