About the Role
Responsible for providing secretarial / administrative support at departmental or divisional level
Job Description
- Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to senior management team and respective department in a timely, accurate and complete manner, including but not limited to:
- Arrange meetings and appointments with internal and external parties
- Assist in preparing and coordinating presentation materials (e.g. Powerpoint) and report consolidation
- Oversee the maintenance of office premises and equipment
- Assist in planning staff engagement activities as requested
- Handle room booking, printing & stationery control, training enrollment, general coordination in department, etc
- Handle incoming & outgoing correspondence, reports and presentation materials
- Manage departmental personnel activities such as new joiners & leavers’ administration and leave administration
- Assist in all aspects of communication and co-ordination works
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience with 1 year at similar capacity
- Prior experience in financial institutions, knowledge of insurance business and formal secretarial training is preferred
- Strong language ability in English and Chinese
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent team player
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
