Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in e-commerce creator ( Celebrity; Top creators) operation & planning work,
- Monitor & find potential e-commerce creators and make customized cultivation plans & policy,
- Familiarize various operations & analytical tools to cluster and profile creators by characteristics,
- Analyze the e-commerce content (short video/livestream) performance, to help them to improve e-commerce sales conversion rate and traffic conversion rate
- Work with cross functional teams to co-create local campaigns and push forward for execution.
- Prepare reports & keep track of creators' data performance
- Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 5 days a week for at least 3 months.
- Having strong networking/experience working with creator/ influencers is a plus.
- Good understanding on TikTok content, trending Tiktokers. Especially TikTok livestream/ shortvideo
- Preferably with related experience in influencer marketing
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese Language is a must.
