So what’s the challenge…
The Retail Network Communication Specialists’ role is to support the design and handle the execution of flawless 360 communication tactics for the retail network, conveying key messages and increasing the knowledge and awareness of partners on business issues, thus promoting their engagement, dedication, and mindset change
Your day to day will include:
- Participating in the design of partners journeys to get their buy-in for our strategic initiatives, and in the creation of a clear vision and tactics of how we connect with our partners in an effective, empathetic, and constructive way
- Supporting the analysis of the business needs and network communication requirements and the development of a suitable communication plan to increase network’s communication effectiveness
- Cooperating and working closely with OPAP teams (e.g. Marketing, Product, Corporate Communication, Operations, etc.) to create the right communication content and material, e.g. announcements, messages, information material, manuals, presentations etc., that will promote the required company's image and business requirements to partners
- Handling the update of the communication material to the digital platforms and tools
- Supporting the development and upgrade of all network communication platforms and apps, e.g. opapnet, and coordinates with Technology and external vendors for their accurate operation, continuous availability, and maintenance
- Supporting in owned digital products launch external and internal campaigns
- Running user acceptance tests (UAT) on the new digital communication functionalities to assess alignment with technical specifications
- Providing clarifications and supports the Sales Team for the delivery of key messages to the Network in a timely and efficient manner
- Supporting the execution of events/ conferences, engaging and managing the necessary internal or external resources
- Collecting and analyses insights and feedback received from network and provides input to increase partners' satisfaction
What you need to succeed:
- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field. An MSc degree will be considered as an asset
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing or communication of products or services within retail network
- Very good knowledge of marketing/ communications techniques and practices
- Hands-on experience in the delivery of marketing/ communication internal and Β2Β campaigns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
